Hi everyone, I have a beautiful Indian wedding lengha I'd like to sell. It was purchased for me to wear to my brother's wedding reception but is too heavy for the sister of the groom to wear. I'm married so have use for the outfit even in the near future. So I'm looking to sell it and get a more appropriate replacement outfit. It has not been worn and is partially unstitched. The lengha was purchased about a month ago at a designer boutique in Chandigarh and was featured in the late-fall issue of Kismat (Asian Wedding Affair) Magazine. Something very similar was also featured in Suhaag Bridal Magazine. It's of the latest style of wedding lenghas. Similar items retail for $3500-4000 CDN in most shops (I recently looked at lenghas at Frontier Cloth House in Vancouver for comparison). Colour: magenta/fuschia with plum and green velvet patches Materials/Fabric: net on top, with silk lining Embroidery: all crystals and metallic thread embroidery with beading Style/Cut: 'mermaid-style' lengha with waist-length top and dupatta (skirt and top can be sewn to fit sizes 4-10/12) The lengha skirt is partially sewn (similar to most lenghas that are displayed in stores). The top is completely unstitched and can be sewn in any style (lining is included). Both the skirt and top can be sewn to fit sizes 4-10/12.
